• +39 0463 720656: On-piste office (Malghet Aut - Arrival Folgarida and Belvedere cablecar), open during the ski season from 8:45 AM to 4:25 PM.

• +39 0463 720696: On-piste office (Ski Center - left side of the Bamby slope near Family Park), open during the ski season from 8:45 AM to 4:25 PM.

Course Information and Regulations
To ensure the best organization, please review the following terms and conditions:
•    Schedule: During the season, courses start on Sundays and Mondays. During the Christmas and New Year period, courses are available daily.
•    Minimum number of participants: Activation of the course as scheduled is subject to reaching a minimum of 6 participants of the same level.
•    Service variation: Should the minimum number not be reached, the Ski School reserves the right to reduce the number of lesson hours while still guaranteeing the delivery of the service.
 

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation requests must be submitted in accordance with the following timeframes:
•    More than 7 days in advance: Full refund, no justification required.
•    From 7 days to 48 hours in advance: Refund possible only upon presentation of a medical certificate issued by the local on-call doctor (guardia medica).
•    Within 48 hours of the scheduled lesson: No refund will be possible.
